Getting your test results
It is the responsibility of the patient to contact the surgery for all test results. However, all results are reviewed and if the doctor feels action is needed, we will contact the patient.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view request them using our online service:
You can also view your test results:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- phone us on Moss Grove Surgery (Kingswinford) 01384 277377 or Moss Grove Surgery (Kinver) 01384 277377 or visit us between 10am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are
