We’re inviting all patients, service users, and members of the public in the Black Country to take part in a short survey about accessing GP services digitally.
The aim of the survey is to understand the digital needs of our local community. By participating, you’ll help us:
- Determine how many people face barriers to accessing digital services, such as lack of devices or connectivity.
- Identify areas where support is needed to improve access, experience, and outcomes.
- Shape initiatives to ensure everyone can benefit from digital tools and services offered by the NHS.
Your voice matters! Whether you use digital GP services frequently or not at all, your feedback will contribute to improving services for everyone in our area.
