Patient update – intermittent faults with the phone lines

Our phone lines are currently experiencing intermittent faults. You may have difficulty getting through. We’re working with our phone provider to resolve this. Thank you for your patience.

We are changing the provider we use for our online consulting system over the next few weeks.

We have been advised that the web page patients use will not be changing and that there should be no disruption to the service.

Patient Access and the NHS app are completely different systems and will not be affected.
