Aims and objectives
Our aim is to meet the criteria contained within the regulated activities throughout Moss Grove Surgery in Kingswinford.
As an organisation, we will aim to maintain and enhance our current activities to the level of CQC standards and maintain these standards across the organisation.
All staff across our organisation will be involved in the delivery of the activities contained within the CQC criteria and we will aim to use out weekly staff training sessions to provide an awareness and encourage achievement of our CQC standards. The emphasis for all partners and practice staff will be the implementation of the guidelines and the impact that these have on day to day activity within the practice. Our key target will be to achieve measurable outcomes from adherence to our CQC guidelines and to compliment our procedures and protocols, which are in
place and updated annually as a minimum.
The partners and management of our organisation will be actively involved in ensuring we continuously aim to meet these standards to support the delivery of services to our patients over all.
